Ashtanga
Ashtanga
The word Ashtanga translates to Eight Limbs. These limbs lead us to a deeper practice and understanding of yoga. With a regular practice of asana, the mind seeks a deeper understanding of the yogic lifestyle as a whole. This class is designed to awaken new thoughts and deepen your yoga practice, transforming foundational postures into balanced states of presence, and challenging you both inside and outside of your mat. This class will detoxify, and invigorate your thirst for yoga.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa
In Vinyasa Yoga, poses are linked together and synced with the breath. We flow through the asanas connecting each sequence with a vinyasa. You will feel invigorated by the consistent and often fast-paced flow of movements. This full-body workout improves flexibility, tones muscles and burns calories – while breaking a major sweat!
Slow Flow
Slow Flow
The tempo of this vinyasa flow class is slow and gentle. You will be inspired to deepen your mind-body connection while building strength and flexibility. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn the basic postures or a more experienced student wanting a slower practice to explore the subtleties of each posture, this class is for you.
Power Yoga
Power Yoga
Take your practice to a new level with a strength-building practice. Power Yoga incorporates core conditioning, dynamic flow and static holds building up to inversion and arm balance work. If you are looking to challenge yourself, this is the practice for you!
Core Stabilization
Core Stabilization
Strong abdominal and back muscles support the spine, improve posture and alignment, and reduce the risk of injury. This class enhances core strength and stabilization, while providing a deeper understanding of your own body.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga
Ideal for students of every level, Yin Yoga embraces the Taoist principles of Yin: passive, calm, surrender. Yin focuses on extending and stretching the joints and connective tissue of your hips, pelvis, lower back and knees.  Postures are typically held for 3-10 minutes per side in order to lengthen the connective tissue that surrounds the joints and increase its elasticity. Slow, passive poses, combined with meditation and relaxation techniques make Yin Yoga a calming way to balance your busy day.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga
If you want to build strength and increase flexibility without the vigorous workout of a power yoga class, then this may be the class you love! We begin with breath awareness, move into mindful stretches, then practice a gentle flow before settling into a bit of restorative yoga. Bolsters and other props are used to help you gently deepen into poses.
